Watch Care

Emporial timepieces are crafted with precision and attention to detail — built to last and designed to be worn. With the right care, your watch will maintain its beauty and performance for years to come.

Below are a few simple guidelines to help you care for your Emporial watch.

1. Daily Wear & Handling

  • Avoid exposing your watch to strong magnetic fields, which may affect movement accuracy.

  • Remove your watch during intense physical activity to prevent shock or damage.

  • Always handle your watch with clean hands and avoid contact with chemicals, perfumes, or cosmetics.

2. Cleaning

  • Wipe your watch regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust, sweat, and fingerprints.

  • If necessary, use a lightly dampened cloth (no soap or solvents) to clean the case or bracelet.

  • Avoid immersing your watch in water unless it is rated for water resistance, and always ensure the crown is pushed in or screwed down.

3. Storage

  • When not in use, store your watch in its original Emporial leather box or a soft-lined watch case.

  • Avoid placing it near sources of heat or in direct sunlight for extended periods.

  • If you own automatic watches, consider using a watch winder to keep them running smoothly.

4. Water Resistance

  • Your watch’s water resistance is indicated on the case back or in the product description.

  • Always ensure the crown is properly secured before exposure to water.

  • After contact with saltwater or chlorine, rinse the watch with fresh water and dry it with a soft cloth.

  • Do not operate the crown or pushers while the watch is wet or submerged.

5. Servicing

  • For optimal performance, we recommend a professional service every 3–5 years.

  • Only authorized watchmakers or professionals with experience handling luxury timepieces should open or service your Emporial watch.

  • Attempting to service or open the watch yourself may void the warranty.

6. Strap Care

  • Leather straps should be kept away from prolonged moisture, oils, and excessive sweat.

  • Rubber or silicone straps can be gently cleaned with mild soap and water, then dried with a soft cloth.

  • Metal bracelets should be wiped down after wear and occasionally cleaned using warm water and a soft brush.
