Return Policy

At Emporial, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order or wish to cancel it, please review the information below.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing it.

To request a cancellation:

  1. Contact us immediately via our contact form.

  2. Include your order number in the message.

  3. If your cancellation request is submitted within the allowed timeframe, you will receive confirmation and a full refund to your original payment method.

After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel the order as it may have already entered processing or shipment. In such cases, you can request a return after the item is delivered, in accordance with our return policy below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return your order within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, and protective materials.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Contact our customer support team via the contact form on our website.

  2. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

  3. We will respond with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not ship any items without contacting us first.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered

  • Final sale or discounted items marked as non-returnable

  • Customized or engraved products (if offered in the future)


Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
