Emporial watches are produced in limited batches, and only once pre-orders are completed. This ensures every piece is built with intention and quality — not rushed to meet trends.

You’ll receive transparent updates throughout the production journey, with behind-the-scenes access and milestone check-ins as we move forward together.


What is a Pre-Order?

A pre-order allows you to reserve an Emporial timepiece that is currently in prototyping or production and not yet available for immediate dispatch. Your order secures a piece from an upcoming release, which will be finalized based on the total number of pre-orders received.

As a result, delivery timelines for pre-order items may differ from our standard shipping schedule. Estimated shipping dates will be displayed on the product and/or collection pages and are subject to change depending on production. If delays occur, we will update the expected dates accordingly. In the unlikely event that the production does not proceed, all pre-orders will be fully refunded.

Before completing your purchase, please verify whether the item is marked as a pre-order. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.


Can I Modify a Pre-Order?

Yes, you may request a change to your selected model within the available collection during the pre-order period. Our team will review your request and confirm availability. Once the product has shipped, no further modifications can be made.


Can I Combine Pre-Orders with In-Stock Items?

Yes. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock products, the in-stock items will be shipped first according to our usual dispatch times. The pre-order item will be shipped separately once it becomes available.


Can I Cancel a Pre-Order?

You may cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact us through our support form and include your order number.

If your cancellation request is made after 24 hours, a refund cannot be processed until the estimated delivery date listed on the product or collection page has passed.

Once your cancellation is confirmed, you will receive an email with confirmation and details of your refund.


Can I Return a Pre-Ordered Item After Delivery?

Yes. All pre-ordered items are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with our standard return policy.
