Are Emporial watches original designs?
Yes. Every Emporial timepiece is designed in-house — from case shape to dial layout — with a focus on modern elegance and timeless character.
What movement do you use?

Are your watches automatic or quartz?

Ordering & Pre-Orders
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve a watch that is in prototyping or production. Once ready, your piece will be shipped according to the timeline shown on the product page.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing your pre-order. After that, refunds are processed only after the expected delivery date passes.
What happens if a pre-order doesn't go into production?
In the unlikely event that production does not proceed, your pre-order will be fully refunded.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will shipping take?

Do I have to pay customs or duties?

Returns & Warranty

All Emporial watches include a complimentary 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
Watch Care & Adjustments
Can I adjust the strap myself?
We recommend professional adjustment, especially for metal bracelets, to avoid scratches or damage. Some models may be easier to size at home — refer to the Instructions page.
How do I clean my watch?
Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth for daily cleaning. Avoid contact with moisture unless your watch is water-resistant.
