What makes Emporial watches different?
Every Emporial timepiece is hand-assembled individually — not mass produced. We oversee each step of the process to ensure the quality and finish meets our standards before a watch ever reaches you.
Are your watches produced in limited quantities?
Yes. Each model is produced in limited numbers. Once a piece sells out, it may not be restocked. If something catches your eye, we recommend not waiting.
What movements do you use?
We select proven, reliable movements chosen for their accuracy and longevity. The specific movement for each model is detailed on its product page.
Are your watches water resistant?
Water resistance varies by model and is listed on each product page. As a general rule, avoid submerging any watch beyond its rated depth and keep it away from hot water and steam.
How should I care for my watch?
Keep your watch away from extreme temperatures, strong magnetic fields, and chemicals such as perfume or solvents. Wipe the case with a soft dry cloth and store it in the original box when not being worn.
Do you offer custom or personalised pieces?
We occasionally take on custom orders depending on availability and scope. Reach out to us at emporial@post.cz with your idea and we will let you know what is possible.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. No matter where you are, your Emporial watch will reach you. Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days after assembly, delivery time depends on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
How is the watch packaged for shipping?
Your watch ships in its full Emporial branded packaging — box, warranty card, and polishing cloth included. The outer shipping packaging is discreet, secure, and unmarked.
Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please photograph the damage immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at emporial@post.cz. We will assess the situation and resolve it at no cost to you as a priority.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
As our watches are hand-assembled to order, changes or cancellations may not always be possible once production has begun. Contact us as soon as possible at emporial@post.cz and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of confirmed delivery. The watch must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all included accessories. Full details are available on our Returns & Warranty page.
My watch arrived defective — what do I do?
Contact us immediately at emporial@post.cz with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Defective items are treated as a priority and resolved at no cost to you.
What does the 2-year warranty cover?
Our warranty covers defects in the movement, case, dial, hands, and assembly that arise under normal use. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or water damage beyond the rated resistance. Full details are on our Returns & Warranty page.
Does the warranty transfer if I gift the watch?
Yes. The warranty is tied to the watch and the original proof of purchase, not the buyer's identity. A gifted Emporial watch is fully covered.
Do I need to register my warranty?
No registration is required. Your order confirmation serves as your proof of warranty. We recommend keeping it saved.
How long does a warranty repair take?
Once we receive your watch, most repairs are completed and returned within 10–14 business days.
