Why does it take three weeks?
Because nothing is pre-built. The moment you order, we start. Every Emporial is assembled by hand, one component at a time, by the person who designed it. Three weeks is how long that takes when it's done properly.
What's inside the watch?
A Japanese NH35A automatic movement with a 41-hour power reserve. A 316L surgical-grade steel case and jubilee bracelet. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. Hand-finished brushstroke dial. Specs are listed in full on every product page.
What if it doesn't fit or I change my mind?
Every Emporial bracelet is fully adjustable — links can be added or removed to fit virtually any wrist size, and we include the tool to do it in the box. If it still isn't right, you have 30 days to return it, no questions asked. Free return shipping, full refund, or exchange for a different Canvas if you'd rather.
Is it covered if something goes wrong?
Every Emporial comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering movement and structural defects. One email is all it takes. We reply personally within 24 hours.
