Once approved, your watch is hand-assembled to your exact specification. Production typically takes 3–4 weeks.

Your custom Emporial timepiece is carefully packaged and shipped worldwide — tracked and insured.
GOOD TO KNOW
Transparent pricing. No surprises.
✦ Starting price — Custom orders start from €399 depending on specification. Final pricing is confirmed before any payment is taken.
✦ Deposit — A 50% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
✦ Production time — Most custom orders are completed within 3–4 weeks from deposit confirmation.
✦ Changes — Modifications can be made free of charge within 24 hours of order confirmation. After production begins, changes may not be possible.
✦ Returns — Custom-built watches are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. All custom orders are covered by our standard 2-year warranty.
