All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, colors, materials, and finishes may vary slightly due to digital display or production changes.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the accepted payment methods provided on our site.

4. Pre-Orders

Some items may be offered as pre-orders. By placing a pre-order, you understand and agree that:

  • The product is either in prototyping or production.

  • Delivery times may differ from standard shipping.

  • Estimated delivery dates are subject to change.

  • In the event production does not proceed, pre-orders will be fully refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and fees vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Delays caused by customs or local postal services are beyond our control.

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable to your order.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging.
Please contact us before returning any item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

7. Warranty

All Emporial timepieces come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear.
