Emporial is an independent watch brand specializing in original timepieces. All transactions made through our website are subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise. Prices may be adjusted due to changes in supply, production costs, or market conditions. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or import fees depending on your country of residence.

3. Product Descriptions

We strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting, screen settings, or natural materials, colors and finishes may vary slightly.

Emporial reserves the right to modify product details, availability, or designs at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. This email confirms that your order has been received but does not guarantee availability. If an issue arises, we will contact you promptly.

5. Pre-Orders

Some Emporial products may be offered on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge the product may be in development or production at the time of purchase.

Delivery times for pre-orders are estimated and may change. In the unlikely event that production does not proceed, a full refund will be issued.

6. Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping timelines, costs, and delivery methods vary by region and will be presented at checkout.

Delays caused by customs, courier services, or external factors are beyond our control.

7. Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in original, unworn condition and includes all packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us via our support form. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

8. Warranty

All Emporial timepieces include a complimentary 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.

9. Use of Website

You may not use our site in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful. You agree not to replicate or exploit any content or material without prior written permission from Emporial.

10. Intellectual Property

All visuals, text, product names, designs, and brand elements are the property of Emporial. Reproduction, duplication, or use without express permission is prohibited.
